Shipping and Tracking

When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered throught FedEx courier service throughout the U.S.A.

·Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 10 business days after purchase, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

(*) Note: If a purchase is made on a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day. During special actions such as Hot Sale, Cyber Monday and Website promotions, processing, shipping and delivery times may be affected. Delays will be timely reported to customers.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will be informed at the time of purchase, before the order is completed. This cost will be borne by customers, except in case of promotional actions undertaken by Herencia Custom Garage.

I did not receive my order and the delivery date has passed. What should I do?

Returns and Exchange Policy

Contact our Customer Service department. Email us at with subject title "Exchange / Return + Order Number" and state which article you want to exchange or return and the reason.

The request for exchange should be made within 30 (thirty) running days after receipt of order. Requests received after such 30-days term will not be accepted.

  • 5. Complete your details and shipping address and select a payment method.
  • 6. If your order is confirmed, you will get a Successful Transaction message.
  • 7. Once the order has been processed and payment approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • 8. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email indicating the tracking number of your order.
