Is there stock for all products?
All the products we publish are in stock. If a size or color is out of stock, that feature will be locked, grayed out, and you won't be able to select it. By clicking on the Check availability button you will be able to check stock availability and we will send you an email when there is stock again
Is there a purchase limit?
The only purchase limit we have is the stock of our E-Shop. If you want to make a wholesale purchase, contact us at: email@example.com.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered via FedEx and DHL and the tracking information will be sent by email.
The delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days after your purchase.

How do I buy?
1/ Enter the site
2/ Select the product and add it to your cart by clicking on "Buy", do not forget to select size, color. At this point, your product has been added to your cart. If you want to add more products, you can continue browsing and repeat the process. When you finish, access your cart by clicking on the button in the upper right corner of the My Order site.
3/ Automatically, your purchase will appear in a grid, indicating the chosen product and its final price. To continue, click on “Finish Purchase”.
4/ To continue you need to be registered - click on “Register” and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, enter your email.
5/ Complete your personal information, indicate the address where you will receive the product and choose your payment method.
6/ If your order was confirmed, you will automatically see an Operation Successful message.
7/ As soon as the order is processed and the payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
